Returns and exchanges must be made within thirty days of the order date. Return shipping costs are the purchaser’s responsibility. Returned items must be in original condition, with tags on.

Posie Row is not responsible for damage due to washing. We recommend cold water wash, by hand or on machine delicate cycle. In order to avoid colour transfer, remove immediately from wash and hang or lay flat to dry. Delicate fabrics, beaded work and sweaters should be dry cleaned.
