- About the Artist: Cynthia I. Noel was born and raised in St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada. Her love of drawing and painting flourished very early in life and is self taught. Her style is inspired by the impressionists such as Manet, Degas and Toulouse-Lautrec.
- About the Print: The colourful houses snugged into the hills with stunning views of the city of St. John’s and constant ocean traffic being piloted in and out of the harbour. There’s a wonderful walking trail that runs through this quaint area from Signal Hill.
