Delivery/Pick-up/Shipping

When completing your order, please choose whether you would like to have it delivered for a $5 flat rate, to pick up your order at Posie Row, or to have it shipped. 

 

DELIVERY

For a $5 fee, Posie Row will happily deliver within St. John's, Mount Pearl, CBS, Paradise, Portugal Cove- St. Philips, and Torbay.
Deliveries will happen within a week after your order is placed. If you need your order within a certain time, drop a line or call the shop and we'll figure it out!

To select the delivery option when checking out, tick the 'Ship or Deliver' box. Once you enter your address, if it's within the delivery zone, the $5 fee will automatically be added to your cart.

We will do our best to deliver directly into someone's hands, but if no one is home, we will make an effort to leave your parcel so that it is concealed from view. If it is not possible to leave your parcel safely (due to location or weather conditions), we will attempt delivery during the following week's deliveries, or we will hold your purchase at the shop for pickup. 

Please note that Posie Row is not responsible for orders lost or misplaced due to customer error (i.e. provision of incorrect address) or theft.

PICK UP 

We are open for pick ups between 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. 10:00 am to 9:00 pm Thursday and Friday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on Saturday and 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm on Sunday. These hours may change with the seasons, so please check in ahead of arrival. Please call the store upon your arrival to have us place the order outside for contact-free pick up. (709) 722-2544, or come on in the shop and give us your name.

If you have placed an order online for pickup, please allow us 24 hours to fill your order before arriving for pickup. If you would prefer to pick up sooner, please call us at (709) 722-2544 and we'll find a time that works for you!

 SHIPPING

 Posie Row is pleased to offer flat-rate shipping fees of $15 plus HST for orders shipped within Newfoundland and Labrador and $20 plus HST for orders shipped within the rest of Canada. Shipping will be added automatically to the cost of your purchase when you enter your shipping address.
