- About the Artist: Cynthia I. Noel was born and raised in St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada. Her love of drawing and painting flourished very early in life and is self taught. Her style is inspired by the impressionists such as Manet, Degas and Toulouse-Lautrec.
- About the Print: This area of St. John’s is the most photographed as it shows the Harbour, Narrows and Signal Hill with Cabot Tower at the peak. It’s located at Queen’s Road at the top of Victoria Street.
