• About the Artist: Cynthia I. Noel was born and raised in St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada. Her love of drawing and painting flourished very early in life and is self taught. Her style is inspired by the impressionists such as Manet, Degas and Toulouse-Lautrec. 
• About the Print: This is one of the steepest hills in St. John’s and you need a good strong set of legs to walk up, and good knees to walk down this street. Row housing is very common in our historical city and the colours are a feast for your eyes. From here one can hear the ships blowing and it’s a sight to behold when a cruise ship sails into the harbour.
