• About the Artist: Cynthia I. Noel was born and raised in St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada. Her love of drawing and painting flourished very early in life and is self taught. Her style is inspired by the impressionists such as Manet, Degas and Toulouse-Lautrec. 
• About the Print: Beautiful Second Empire row houses on Gower Street in the Downtown area of the historic city of St. John’s. This is reflected in the red house on the left, with it’s two story Bay windows and peaked dormers inset into the Mansard roof.
